TO ALL YOU MEANIES OUT THERE...

I'm so over you and your commentaries.  I am now enabling comment moderation.

And to all the haters of shirtless fat people.  Bite this.

Have a nice day.

Sorry to hear you've been getting negative comments. I guess you know you've become truly famous once you have a group of people feel strongly against you.

Good on ya, Carlos.

I think you look great. I met you 8 years ago (OMG!) through Sandy and by God you've never looked this fit!

... great (mean)looking... good you went to another barber! ;-)
Why not add some tattoos?

Oh... comment moderation...I can't believe it... I thought you were for freedom of speech...

Anyway, you don't have anything to fear.... controversy, skin, sex, gossip should only make your blog more popular... plus a touch of culture so that we have an excuse to visit your blog ! ;-)

There are some "bad" people out there but I still think most of your visitors are sympathetic to you.

In the end it is still about "Walk this way" isn't it?

You look great.

huff, puff, puff I am really drooling over the photo.

Is that being mean?

fierce!

congrats on the weight loss. :) don't be too discouraged if the weight reduction slows down, it doesn't mean you're not doing it right. kanya-kanyang kakayahan ng katawan lang yan. or maybe you have big bones, that's why your frame won't shrink that much.

on the comment moderation, it's about time! there's too much hate going on in here and it's only by people who see nothing but negative because they're so bent at seeing only the negative. and we all know that freedom of speech has responsibility attached to it. only, some people think that freedom of speech gives them the license to be mean. it's your zone anyway, implement your rules by all means. If these mean people (aka trolls) want to get on with their hate, then let them put up their own blogs where they can play by their own rules and hate all they want. But I doubt that it would be appealing, at least in the long term, to readers. For all we know, nang-iinis lang yang mga yan for their entertainment. Like, "let's see how Carlos reacts to this..." sort of thing.

Nobody's perfect, but you're too nice to get all that hate.

Good luck to you. I hope to find time to join one of your tours (especially the Corregidor tour) in the near future. And I hope that you add more historical places to visit in your tours.

I am not a producer, I am not a star, and I am not a showbiz person.

I really want you to watch this movie when it is shown in Manila:

click on "watch the trailer".

Tori is now turning out to be the modern-day icon if you know what I mean.

Hi carlos,
I just want to know how you are doing with your work out? how long has it been? sorry but i wasnt able to follow your blogs, maybe you can help me search for your previous posts for your work out challenge? anyway, i've been looking for a great (aka: easy but effective) work out that i can do at home. any recommendations you can share with me? am a 30ish guy, married and a manager at a consumer goods firm. since being married with 2 kids makes it hard to have a regular work out regimen, i need one that i can do 1 hour everyday with out getting bored or lazy. supplementation to do this regularly can also help, you have anything in mind i can take? sorry, i know your forte is on tours and places, but you seem to have been doing a good work-out regimen, so i just thought you might help me. thanks and yeah, you look well buffed and healthy.

It wasn't quick weight loss. Took around four months or so to lose the 20 pounds. But go to professionals is all I can say. Get a gym instructor to create a workout that can fit your lifestyle.

Getting bored and lazy is the enemy so it is definitely NOT an option.

Also, diet is a big thing. I was lucky enough to have a wife that turned vegetarian and is into yoga so healthy food options are also available to me. Best thing to do is also cut out sugars and midnight snacking.

Avoiding beer as much as possible is also good.

Hi again carlos,
you mentioned cutting down on beer, hmmm.... that will be a little hard to do since my wife and i normally do our week's reporting over 6 bottles of beer on fridays or saturdays. take it as our time to catch up on each others week. we'll hopefully i'll get to have an alternative for the beer. any ideas? and on diet, do you really think taking in vitamins can make a difference on your daily performance? i'm not really a vitamin guy but lately i'm feeling a bit under the wheather, maybe because i'm ageing or becuase of the really weird climate change, i don't know. will you recommend something for guys like us? thanks again and more power!

Franco.

I know this sounds totally cliche and like Im some weird mindless endorser. But yeah. I recommend Rogin E. It's got ginseng and royal jelly.

I used to take vials of those when I was living in New York just to get me through a days work with a hangover. It really boosts your energy and primes the pumps so to speak. It also helps me focus and become more productive.

I LOVE YOU said...

ohhhhh YEAH! {--00--}

"It also helps me focus and become more productive."

could possibly help me out of my coffee habit.

but...

nothing beats the smell of freshly-brewed coffee...

i'm hopeless!

Geese! Are you that 'outrageous' tour guide?

If you are, then I probably had seen you a lot of times on TV at travel shows. I'm glad i found your site. **winx**

Anyway, yeah, yeah, kick those meanies out! They don't deserve us! Hahaha! Lol. Worry not. I'm a fellow. I'm fat too. Ehem. I stand corrected. Stout. Lol.
